Refund Policy:

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

You must email us within the first 30 days of purchase. We will begin processing your exchange after the email is received. If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Proof of Identity Requirement:

To help prevent fraudulent transactions and ensure the security of our customers, Snakebelly Store reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification under the following conditions:

  • For purchases of $500 or more, and/or
  • For any out-of-state orders

Additionally, random identity verification checks may be conducted at our discretion. Orders may be delayed, canceled, or denied if proper identification is not provided upon request.

Right to Refuse Service:

Snakebelly Store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspicious activity, failure to comply with verification requests, abusive behavior, or violation of our store policies.

  • We use USPS UPS and Fed EX
  • Typical delivery times are 2 to 8 days depending on location
  • Holidays may delay delivery times
  • Shipping cost is determined by weight
